Steve P.- Lake Forest Bathroom Remodel

“I have to say that the upstairs bathroom remodel was to date one of the smallest spaces with the biggest outcome in Lake Forest, CA. The bathroom was original and dated, and in dire need of a remodel. We were able to completely update it with a completely new shower with clear glass door, new plumbing fixtures and a rain shower head. The use of grey tones in different textures brightened the room, and allowed the ample natural light to reflect. A new corner cabinet with quartz, new single light pocket door, and new LED can lights saved the day. We built a new medicine cabinet with laminate glass bypass panels to make the cabinet look like part of the vanity. we were given the opportunity to continue working at this home and the next task was to remodel the master bathroom. By looking at the pictures of what we were taking out, you can be sure an update was not the only thing going to happen. There was a planter box in the back of the shower that was removed and the small window replaced with a new piece of chipped glass. The plumbing was all updated and travertine wall tile and stack stone installed for a great rustic theme. We wanted a reclaimed wood vanity so we ordered an Amish built piece from Indiana. A travertine countertop, mahogany door with laminate obscure glass panel, and ORB fixtures finished off so well. The touching part, are the towel bars, hooks, and toilet paper holder, were the original pieces from the bathroom. The homeowners wife was a collector of antiquities, so we felt it only right to brighten them up and put them back. Thank you for a great opportunity!”

Megan P. – Ladera Ranch Kitchen Remodel

“This our second opportunity to work with this customer on their home in Ladera Ranch, CA. The first project was a complete remodel of the Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. This time we were able to update the kitchen. We prepped and painted the cabinet with a Swiss Coffee paint. We removed the granite and replaced it with a new off white Quartz with a square edge detail. The back-splash is a 3×6 ceramic dove grey tile. We updated the island by adding matching cabinet panels and a small bar overhang for a couple bar-stools. The new colors really brightened the room considerably. A new stainless steel sink and fixtures finished it off. Thank you another opportunity to work with you on a great finished project.”

Donna W. – Rancho Santa Margarita Kitchen Remodel

“Epic was given the chance to provide an estimate for the repairs from a water leak in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Once the insurance approved the estimate, we were given the opportunity to update the kitchen. Custom cabinets were built and installed, granite counter-tops, and the customer selected a nice glass back-splash. Durango creme versi tile was installed throughout the first floor to replace the old laminate wood floors. A new vinyl window was installed to brighten the kitchen area. Then new appliances and a little paint finished it off. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you on your remodel.”

Patty L. – Tustin Kitchen Remodel

“We had a great time with this remodel in Tustin, CA. Our customers chose great colors and textures to make this kitchen so much brighter than the original. We replaced the window, custom cabinets to create more storage, quartz counter-tops with square edge detail, a farmhouse sink, and a white tile back-splash with colored glass liner. The grey 12×24 tile floor also helped bring it together. Special thanks to the customers for working with us on this project, and 2 water damage projects this year. Thank you for the opportunity.”
