Tod P. Kitchen Remodel

“Epic is blessed with some great customers to work with. This family is no different. We have done so many projects now and this was the final culmination of our work. A complete kitchen remodel. No detail was left out. We even extended the left side wall for the large custom pantry cabinet, and added a new single lite glass door to the coat closet under the stairs. New vinyl french door, windows, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, complete with waterfall edge on the peninsula. Tall ceilings, and that beautiful porcelain tile backsplash made it a kitchen to dream of. Thank you for this opportunity.”

Karen W. Kitchen Remodel

“Epic has completed several projects with this family and the kitchen area was all that was left. Custom Charcoal cabinets, quartz countertops, and unique white pillow top backsplash made the room expansive. We extended the original island to provide more space and work area, and the colors really brightens the room. Floorte’ vinyl floors completed it by providing a floor that can hold up to almost anything. Thank you for yet another great opportunity in this home.”

Pam P.- Classic Country Kitchen Remodel, Laguna Niguel, CA

“Not often do we get the chance to work in classic whites, but this one we did. Pam wanted a classic country kitchen in Laguna Niguel, and classic is what she got. White and Black checker tile flooring, bead board white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a farmhouse sink. It all looked a little stark until she added her touches of bright colors to accent it all perfectly. New LED can lighting, Red industrial pendants, and we even brought the beadboard to the light box in the ceiling.”

Earl, G – Dana Point Home Remodel

“This is the 2nd project with our customer. This time we were able to remodel this craftsman style home in Dana Point, CA he had upgraded to. This home had so much character. The framing was true 2×6 rough sawn lumber. framed true and plumb. Hard to find these days. We removed a couple non structure walls to really open up the space in the kitchen and, now, dining room. The custom glaze colored cabinets, dark charcoal island, and the marble countertops, by far are amazing. White subway tile, wood look tile flooring throughout, and some custom LED lighting features finished it off.”

Lonnie H. – Laguna Niguel Kitchen Remodel

“This kitchen remodel all started with a water damage that took place in Laguna Niguel, CA. We had completed 2 other water damage repairs on the same street and wer given referrals by the neighbors. We were able to negotiate all the funds for the customer and get the entire insurance claim covered. The customers chose to upgrade the kitchen and new custom cabinets were built and installed, a beautiful exotic granite selected and installed with a full backsplash. New engineered floors, all drywall and paint, baseboards, doors and hardware were completed also. New LED under-cabinet lights, glass pendants over the island really light up the colors of the countertops and backsplash. We had fun with these customers. Through it all, and working with the insurance companies, they were always very polite and happy to see us. Those are the customers we appreciate and will continue to work hard for. Thank you for a great opportunity to work with you on your home.

Andrea D. – Ladera Ranch Kitchen Remodel

“This kitchen came to us as a referral from a neighbor in Laguna Niguel, CA, where we had done a couple projects. We designed and built custom cabinets to reach the 9 ft. ceilings. We added glass doors, illuminated with LED light. Quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances were all installed. A radius bartop was added to separate the rooms and give a place for 30″ barstools. Custom hand-made tiles were installed to add a great detailed color to the backsplash. A custom hood with exhaust vent insert was built and installed, and still allowed for the upper cabinet to still be used for storage.”

Steve P. – Lake Forest Kitchen Remodel

“To continue on our project for Mr. P, we worked on the kitchen and dining room in Lake Forest, CA. We needed to brighten a small room that had a very low ceiling. So I raised the ceiling to 8 ft., new custom cabinets, new lighting, appliances, and quartz countertops. We added seating to the room with a large over hang on the island, and ran power to the island to replicate the microwave. We removed an unused walk through door to the other room and change the layout a bit to allow for a nice window pass through to the formal dining room. He also allowed me to run the same wood look tile used in the master bathroom, all the way through the home. Now, what room is next?”
