“This home in Ladera Ranch, CA had a huge water damage and the homes entire first floor was gutted to the studs, all flooring upstairs removed, and drywall removed 2-4 feet up most walls on the second floor. A previous customer referred her friend to us for the repairs. We worked ith the insurance and was given the chance to replace the dry down company that started the project. We found mold in some areas and removed it. We started with the repairs by removing the divide wall in the living area and installed a new beam to open the floor plan. Obviously not covered by the insurance, but really made a big difference. Our customer chose new cabinets that we built and installed with new Quartz countertops. She selected a wood look porcelain tile for all flooring on the first floor. A laminate was installed upstairs in all the bedrooms. New baseboards and paint topped it all off.
