“Epic has done several projects with this family. We started with the Bathrooms, then the kitchen, now repairs from a water leak. I was given the opportunity to make some upgrades while doing the repairs for drywall, wainscot, and replacement of the wood floors. One upgrade that I am very happy with, was the fireplace. Megan thought out of the normal and took a chance on the basket weave marble tile. The final outcome is perfect. It is fun to get to do new things with color and texture.”

Doreena -D. – Water Damage Repair

“This home in Ladera Ranch, CA had a huge water damage and the homes entire first floor was gutted to the studs, all flooring upstairs removed, and drywall removed 2-4 feet up most walls on the second floor. A previous customer referred her friend to us for the repairs. We worked ith the insurance and was given the chance to replace the dry down company that started the project. We found mold in some areas and removed it. We started with the repairs by removing the divide wall in the living area and installed a new beam to open the floor plan. Obviously not covered by the insurance, but really made a big difference. Our customer chose new cabinets that we built and installed with new Quartz countertops. She selected a wood look porcelain tile for all flooring on the first floor. A laminate was installed upstairs in all the bedrooms. New baseboards and paint topped it all off. They are now back in their home after nearly 7 months in a rental property. Thank you for the opportunity and your home looks great.“

“This kitchen came to us as a referral from a neighbor in Laguna Niguel, CA, where we had done a couple projects. We designed and built custom cabinets to reach the 9 ft. ceilings. We added glass doors, illuminated with LED light. Quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances were all installed. A radius bartop was added to separate the rooms and give a place for 30″ barstools. Custom hand-made tiles were installed to add a great detailed color to the backsplash. A custom hood with exhaust vent insert was built and installed, and still allowed for the upper cabinet to still be used for storage.”

“This our second opportunity to work with this customer on their home in Ladera Ranch, CA. The first project was a complete remodel of the Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. This time we were able to update the kitchen. We prepped and painted the cabinet with a Swiss Coffee paint. We removed the granite and replaced it with a new off white Quartz with a square edge detail. The back-splash is a 3×6 ceramic dove grey tile. We updated the island by adding matching cabinet panels and a small bar overhang for a couple bar-stools. The new colors really brightened the room considerably. A new stainless steel sink and fixtures finished it off. Thank you another opportunity to work with you on a great finished project.”
